This is the third time I've used John. Once again, I am thrilled with his service. John is punctual and very conscientious. He swapped out my 48'' tv for a 55'' and installed the old one in my bedroom. The wiring is clean and professional. John also takes time to ensure your TV and connections are operating as intended. bareybSeptember 7, 2021Did a lot of research before hiring TV-Installer. I was extremely concerned about who I was going to hire as I was having some very high end, state of the art equipment installed. John and Daniel knew exactly what I had and how to handle it. Normally with almost any work I have done by anyone, I end up having to fix some minor cosmetic issues or redo some work myself after they are gone. Not true in this case. The installation of my new Sony A9 TV on the wall, along with my 25 foot Fiber optic HDMI cables went flawlessly. John ran the wires down the wall and under the house to my A/V rack in very short order. In addition, I had some Speaker wires run along with a Toslink Cable from the TV to my A/V Receiver. They understood my needs and surpassed my expectations on everything. Even added a few upgraded touches that I hadn't thought of myself. I can't recommend them highly enough.Posted on Yelp

John is high quality, extremely professional, prompt, and provided excellent communication throughout process from setting the appointment to arriving on time for installation. He went ABOVE & BEYOND what I paid him to do. He noticed we had exposed cable wires coming out of our wall due to Comcast failing to do their job correctly and he kindly hid them in our wall, applied an epoxy to cover the holes, re routed the other cables through our wall into my office absolutely free of charge, and most importantly, it was done correctly and looked pleasing to the eye. He was polite, mindful of cleaning up after himself and once again does high quality work. I've had other people mount tv's and there's no comparison, there's people who know how to "hang a tv" and then there's experts who understands everything about the entire process of mounting a tv correctly, making sure it's sturdy and centered. He also has an invaluable skill set working with all sound system elements: syncing and mounting soundbars, subwoofers and all of the wiring associated that comes along with it. Chris L.September 21, 2010I just had John and Dan wall-mount 2 TV's in my loft. They did an excellent job with both sets. I had my Samsung LED mounted flush against the wall with the wires hidden behind the wall, and my old Aquos LCD mounted on a pivot with the wires covered by a track molding. Before a single hole was drilled, they made sure I was okay with the height and angle of each TV. They also provided enough wires connected in case I add new hardware. You would expect to pay top dollar for the quality of these installs and the level of professionalism I received, but that wasn't not the case at all...I feel i got a bargain.Posted on Yelp

Sayan M.May 11, 2014I rarely write yelp reviews...but when I do, I do it for really bad work or really good work. John was not only really good but absolutely fantastic. I've always wanted one of those really sleek looking TV-mounted-on-top-of-the-fireplace-with-no-wires-look and the setup that TV-installer (John's company) did gave me just that and it looks like a million-bucks. I could go on and on but these guys are punctual, responsive (John called me back when he was on vacation in Denver), reasonably-priced (for what you get), friendly, and informative (John can talk your ear off about all things AV). But most of all, these guys treat you like they would want to be treated. This really came out when, towards the end of the job, when they started mounting the TV and it began to sag. Although they supply a mount for free with all their jobs, I used my own and there was something weird about it that caused the TV to sag to the left, even though the mount was aligned. John tried 3-4 times to get it right and didn't stop it it was 100% level. He didn't even stop when I thought it was level, pointing out that it was ever so slightly sagging to one side! And after 3 months the TV is still level and still looks sexy cool. You can't go wrong with these guys and I'd hire them again anytime.Posted on Google

He also suggested improvements to make the installation as clean as possible and we ended up with a zero cable, completely slick look for our living room. It was the number of incredible reviews that caught my attention and convinced me to reach out to John. When I did, I was thrilled to speak with a highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable man. John was available on my schedule, was on time and it was obvious that he and his associate (also John) knew exactly what they were doing! They not only hung the TV (and did so quickly and neatly!), they also connected 6 of my stereo components and stayed until they all worked properly and he could show me what I needed to do to make my system work. I was so impressed with their work, their courteousy, and professional demeanor. I keep wanting to find friends who need their TVs mounted so I could recommend that they call John! A H.July 23, 2011They were brilliant! I contacted John due to his high ratings on Yelp and I am glad to say the reviews were right. I called on a Friday and John was able to install two TVs for me on Monday. One of the installations was a challenge as I wanted a corner mount for a 40" TV with a small shelf below to hold components. John used the parts from two different brackets to make it work and it is perfect, secure and looks great. He hooked up the cable box and DVD player and tested that they all worked together then showed me the most efficient use of the remote. The other TV is a 46" that needed to be mounted above a large piece of furniture. They moved the furniture, no problem, and did another beautiful install even hooking up my wifi connection to a blu ray at no cost. They were so clean and efficient and very patiently answered any questions, it was a no stress situation. I am saving up to have them come back to install an in-ceiling sound system. David S.July 25, 2022Tom was prompt, polite and considerate. He didn't need to but took off his shoes prior to coming into the house. There's a reason he gets all the good reviews. He does his work quick but efficient. Cleans up. During the install and after he was informative and gave us some good advice. We were going to have him switch out the old tv for an older tv. But he advised wisely. "you'd be switching old for old" "TV's are so inexpensive nowadays the charge to do the switch doesn't make sense. We agreed and thanked him for that advice. He also fixed and added wiring under the house and in the attic and set up our surround sound. He was fast, thorough and extrevely knowledgeable. He also coordinated onsite with our Cable installer since we were just moving in and getting new service and the cable company just could not seem to get it right the 1st 2 times! He hung a 50" TV in my den. On February 5 th. This is the second time, as he hung a 65 " over year or more ago. So happy to say the same neat and excellent work was done. Christine FerroSeptember 10, 2020Had to give a shout-out to John for installing my smart tv over my fireplace and routing the wires thru the wall! My situation wasn't easy. He originally told me that they would probably have to run on top of the wall. He said he could try to get them thru the wall but no guarantee. But he did it! He installed outlet plates where wires go in/out of the wall and patched the drywall where he had to gain access. I have to do touch-up painting, but no biggie. I'm over the moon! I doubt that the installers from Best Buy would have gone the extra mile like John did. I had him install a 50 inch plasma over my home fireplace and conceal all the wiring behind my wall. The work he did is amazing and I was so impressed! In addition, he also mounted my two bose speakers, concealed the wires and configured my bose 3 2 1 home theatre sytem for me. We set up a time and he came right on time with 2 of his crew members and finished the job in about an hour. They did an excellent and professional job. Michael A.April 3, 2012I need to get my 55'" LED tv mounted over my fireplace after a failed attempt of doing it myself I called John. Boy was he spectacular. He showed me everything he was doing and how he was going to do it. He even covered up all the holes I punched in my wall when I was trying to mount the tv myself. After I told him I needed the wires and everything out of the way because it could be a hazard to my 9 month old, he did it exactly as I envisioned it. It basically looks like the cords are inside the wall (they are not, but he is able to do that too :) Everything was done perfectly!! He double checked to make sure everything was working perfect. (Checked cable box, xbox, blue ray, the Wii) He answered all my questions every time I had one without hesitation. If I ever move or need another tv mounted I won't waste my time with anyone else. John is the Man!!! Thanks! 100 Star rating!!
