I was impressed with TV-Installers. They are professional and did a good job in mounting my televisions. John and his team were fast, clean, more importantly did the job right. They installed two televisions for me. What I liked about the service, he explained the many options I had then completed the job in timely manner. After finishing the job, his team cleaned up the work area and then he explained to me all my new options that I had. I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend them.Posted on Yelp
Michael R.November 6, 2014I needed an 80" TV installed in my company's board room and a projector and screen hung up in our main area. I called in the morning and by chance they were able to come out that afternoon-they happened to be near Palo Alto-for the TV install. They were fast, clean, on time and on budget for the install. Absolute professionals. This past week they connected up our screen and projector and we are now fully installed. Their price was less then half of what we were quoted by another company. Jessica T.June 12, 2015I contacted John last week for a tv mount installation because of all the great yelp reviews. He emailed me back promptly and was very receptive to my scheduling needs. He was scheduled to come today at noon and at about 11:45 he called me to let me know that he would be slightly behind because his previous job ran a little over. I appreciated the heads up. When he arrived it was himself and his coworker (Dan, I think). They took the time to see what I wanted and what would be the best way to achieve that. The installation was quick! They were in and out in an hour and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Service includes a one year warranty and is an amazing deal compared to big name electronic store installations. We had four flat screens installed in our new home, including one very tricky 70 inch screen installed on a tiled fireplace with the AV Receiver and other equipment placed quite a bit away. It looks and works great! He was also very helpful with recommendations of which equipment to buy for each of the room layouts. He showed up on time, took great care with cleanup and while he is probably not the cheapest installer out there, you certainly get your money's worth. John was very quick to respond with a clear quote, and was able to mount my tv and set up a receiver for our speakers the next day. I was nervous about mounting on tile, but they knew exactly what they were doing. Communication was clear and quick, and both guys were super friendly. After going over what I wanted and the placement of the tv, he got to work. Within an hour I had a tv mounted with hidden wires. It looks great! Penelope O.February 7, 2010This company installed our new Panasonic Plasma. I called and he picked up the phone! He was able to come out the same day I called (he had a cancellation, lucky me!). He installed the new TV and moved the old one upstairs and installed it too. He had all the equipment he needed right on his truck. The upstairs TV had a rolling line running through it, and he said it was because we needed a new Comcast HD box. He guaranteed he would come out and replace the cables if there was any problem. We replaced the comcast box and the rolling line stopped. He was very knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself. He even took away the old TV. I would definitely use him again. The TV we moved was installed by another company (they were awful to deal with and made a mess) John cleaned up the other guys mess, and his installation looks so much better.Posted on Yelp
Dave D.March 7, 2020John is my go to for tv installation. A lot of tv installs are DIY until something happens. With John I know he can put together the mount. Attach it to the wall securely. And attach the tv to the mount and make sure everything is centered. My kids enjoyed our first movie night with our new setup that night.Posted on Yelp

Scott C.December 17, 2014John and his team are top-notch. As a previous reviewer stated, "They don't need another five star review", but I just had to add my own. Yesterday, during the heavy rains, John and his team mounted our new curved TV above our mantel. Great part of this, he didn't charge me for "this" install. His team removed our previous TV, and mounted that in our spare room at the perfect 45 degree angle in the corner of the room. Absolutely PERFECT, hidden wires in the wall and all. The quality of the work easily justified what he charged for the install. As for our new Curved TV, he used the existing mount above the mantel, and installed the new TV. He corrected an error another company made when installing the mount for the previous TV, all he charged me for this action was $50. His team adjusted everything accordingly, and it looks FANTASTIC!! Did I mentioned that his team did this during the heavy rain showers. They took all the necessary precautions to assure they left my home in the same, if not better condition when they left. This is the 2nd job John and his team has done for me, and as finicky as I am, I know it won't be the last!!Posted on Yelp

Cat H.August 6, 2019This was really the best experiences I've had with scheduling work done at my home. I saw the great reviews and decided to give a call. John called me promptly back even tho he was headed out of town for a vacay. I was able to text with him to set a time and day. The day he was scheduled to come by he was here on time and his van was clearly marked with the business logo as well as his shirt. That's important to me for safety since the person was coming into my home. He is a super friendly guy and pleasant to have in your home. The job was to mount the tv over the fireplace which he did, and it looks better than I thought it would. Exceeding all my expectations. Would only call John to do this type of work in the future. He ran into several issues (old cable tacked down, foam filled holes, etc.) but was a pro and got it done. He was in and out in a few hours and the price seemed about right.Posted on Google

Jewel B.July 14, 2020John installed my 55 inch TV above my fireplace as well as installing the sound bar. The wires are neatly covered and barely noticeable. I reached out via Yelp for a quote and he responded to me immediately with all of his detailed information and I immediately knew this was the place I wanted to install my TV. He showed up at the agreed upon time and was swift and smooth with the install . He answered all of my questions before and after the install . I need another TV installed in a little nook in my tiny bedroom , something I didn't even think was possible and without a doubt he showed me exactly where it can be installed and made my vision come to light . So I will be hiring him to do that job as well . He is sharp, knows his stuff, and is highly reliable. Communicates well and timely on text and email. He is fair priced, and will even recycle your old flat screen or tell you how to do it. He took down my old flat screen and moved the bracket up so the moving pictures below were still viewable. He even helped move the old tv into the garage. He is professional, courteous and efficient. Tim N.July 28, 2010This guy is a trip, in an awesome way. He speaks a mile a minute and he's obviously passionate about his work. The quality comes through in spades too. I hired John to hang my 50" plasma above my fireplace. At first, I wanted to get the hidden cable thing done, but John expertly explained the challenges involved with so I went with the bracket, which still looks great. John and a tech (also named John) showed up at my house at precisely the scheduled time. Just like on the phone, he was a mile-a-minute the whole time, but he worked patiently and was very thorough with each detail. I really appreciated this as I had (and still have) a very strong interest not being flattened by a 200 pound TV. I also appreciated that they lined my mantle to prevent chips and dirt and also completely cleaned up after themselves, vacuuming up the drywall bits from drilling. All in all, they did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and strongly recommend anyone who needs their TV hung to hire this guy. It sure beats doing it yourself.
